TV serial-mimicry artiste Venjaramoodu Arun passed away.

Arun Vunjaramoodu, 29, cousin of cine actor Suraj Venjaramoodu, died in a car accident that took place at Kilimanoor near Thiruvananthapuram on Monday evening.

He has acted in a number of serials as well as in Malayalam movies. Arun is son of the late Bala Krishnan Nair and retired teacher Leelamani Amma. His friend Nobil too accompanied him in his journey and is admitted with serious injuries to Gokulam Medical College. Arun was taken to the hospital and there declared dead. The accident took place at Porundhaman junction at Kilimanoor, when Aruns Alto car was hit by a mini lorry. He is survived by his wife Arunima.

Arun was also a team member of Asianet's Vodafone comedy Stars.
