`Sevens' of Joshi ready to release

This time director Joshi is coming up with a group of youngsters in the lead. His film `Sevens' tells about a foot ball team in Kozhikode, which includes seven members, called league, in vogue in northern Kerala, instead of eleven members. The team members are Syam, Sooraj, Sarat, Shoukath, Satheesh, Arun and Linto. Syam is the captain of the team. He is son of a teacher. Shoukath is son of a head load worker. Suraj is working in a computer shop and Sarat is the supervisor of a construction company. Meantime Satheesh is doing some mechanical work in a workshop. Pinto is unemployed one and Linto is studying in a college . They became friends only due to their affinity to music and football. Their aim is to become rich quickly. Beypore Sreedharan, Asokan and Rameshan are goons and doing `quotation' work in that area. Ramesan loves Asokan's sister Gauri. Asokan knew about this inclination but Gauri was not aware of this oneway love. But suddenly the situation changed when Ramesan came to know that captain Syam had an affair with Gauri. The association with goons too led the team to a tangle. Kunchacko Boban plays the role of Syam and Asif Ali as Sooraj. Nivin Pauli dons the role of Shoukath and Rajit Menon as Sarat. Vijeesh plays the role of Satheesh, Aju Vargeese as Arun, Ameer Niyas as Linto, Bhama as Gauri, Midhun as Asokan, George as Ramesh, and Sambath as Sreedharan. Dr. Iqbal Kuttipuram has penned the screenplay and dialogue. Santhosh Pavithran and Sanjay Sebastian had produced the film under the banner of Pavithram Creations and Zion Film Factory. Play House will release the film.
