Sathyan award for Jayaram, Kavya

Sathyan award instituted by Cultural Forum Thiruvananthapuram, will be given to actors Jayaram and Kavya. They have been selected for the award by considering their comprehensive achievement in film field. The award includes a purse of Rs 25,000, a citation and a statuette. The awards were announced in a press meet at Thiruvanathapuram on Wednesday by forum chairman Poovachal Khader, president P. Manoharan and general secretary M.H Jayarajan. The awards will be given away on November 9, the day of Sathyan's 100 birthday, in a function at Thiruvananthapuram.
