Pooja of `Nidra' performed

`Nidra' is the remake of old film `Nidra', by the late director Bharathan. His son Siddarth is remaking it. Pooja of the film was performed at Eranakulam Mercy Hotel. Director Kamal lit the lamp. Sibi Malayil, Jishnu, Rima Kallingal, Nandhu, KPAC Lalitha and many other dignitaries attended the function. Sidharth is not following the original story as it is, but some changes incorporated. Shoot is started at Chalakudy. Sidharth and Rima Kallingal are doing the lead. The protagonist Raju is a person, who loves nature. He often speaks to the birds and trees. His brother Viswan, who looks after the family wanted Raju to support him. But Raju always wished to be a free man leaving all the household problems. Raju's childhood friend Aswathy tries to realise the situation. There develops a love between Raju and Aswathy, but it did not have longer life. Sadanadan Ragorathu and D.Devavridha are producing the film under the banner of Lucsam Creations. Jishnu dons the role of brother Viswan.
