`The King and Commissioner' progressing

`The King and Commissioner', directed by Shaji Kailas is rolling. A part of the film was shot in the premises of Parliament.  They got permission to shoot only on Saturdays and Sundays as the area  being a restricted one.  Joseph Alex and Bharat Chandran  were assigned to investigate the murder case of Dr. Sudarshan, who was the head of Intelligence Analysis wing.  Prime Minister directly appointed Joseph Alex to investigate the case and Bharat Chandran was  appointed by Union  Home Minister G.K.   Mamootty plays the role of Joseph Alex and Suresh Gopi as Bharat Chandran.  Janardhanan dons the role of  G.K and Samvritha  as G.K's daughter. Sanjana is the other heroine. Bharani K. Dharan and Saravanan  are the cinematographers. Renji Panicker has penned the screnplay. Under the banner of Ember Cinema, Anto Joseph is producing the film. Other cast includes  Salim Kumar, Sai Kumar, Biju Pappan, Jayan Cherthala, Devan, P. Sree Kumar, KPAC Lalitha, Ponnamma Babu and others.
