Siddique (Director)

Siddique is a script writer and film director in Malayalam cinema. He started his career assisting director Fazil in his movies. The duo of Siddique and Lal was spotted by Fazil when he saw them performing mimicry in the Cochin Kalabhavan mimics troupe. He teamed up with Lal, Siddique-Lal, to create many films. Comedy is the genre of his films. The duo later split up with Siddique continuing with his directorial ventures whereas Lal turned into acting and producing.
